Donniebet.co is an online sports and racing wagering platform for Australian residents aged 18 and over. It is owned and operated by McGrath & McGrath, a Victorian company licensed by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC).
We built the platform around one idea that most wagering sites avoid: a customer who understands what a bet costs is a customer we can keep. HONEST ABOUT THE COST
Wagering costs money. We say so on every page, we do not dress losses up as near-misses, and we do not run advertising that suggests betting is a way to make an income. "What's gambling really costing you?" is the question we put in front of our own customers.

CONTROLS THAT ACTUALLY WORK
Deposit limits, take-a-break periods and account closure are available from inside the account, not buried behind a support request. Limit increases wait seven days; limit decreases apply immediately.
What We Offer
Three products sit on the platform. Sports and Racing share a single Betting Account and wallet; Showdown is deliberately separate, with its own balance and its own limits.
- Sports. Head-to-head, line and total markets across AFL, NRL, football, cricket, tennis and basketball.
- Racing. Win and place markets on Australian thoroughbred, harness and greyhound meetings, with same-race multis.
- Showdown. A separate contest product with its own account, balance and responsible gambling controls.
How We Are Regulated
McGrath & McGrath holds licence VIC-BM-2024-1185 from the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC). The licence governs the markets we may offer, how customer funds are held, how identity and age are verified, and how we advertise. We also operate under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and Australia's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing rules.
Age and identity verification is mandatory before an account is fully enabled. Credit cards cannot be used for wagering in Australia, so we accept debit cards and approved digital wallets only.
Our Responsible Wagering Commitment
Wagering is entertainment for most people and harmful for some. We are required to provide safer gambling tools, and we go further than the minimum: deposit limits are offered at registration, limit increases carry a seven-day cooling-off period, and self-exclusion through BetStop is signposted on every page rather than hidden in the footer.
